In the white-label settings, under Region, UI languages lists every language the interface is available in. Select the ones your users should be able to choose and clear the rest. Offering fewer languages is a reasonable choice: every language you offer is one more in which your own texts and legal pages have to exist.
Default language decides which of them the interface opens in the first time a browser visits, when the browser's own language is not on the list. Left on Automatic, it is English if you offer that entry. Browsers that have visited before keep the language they last used, so you see a change in a fresh browser, not in your own.
Base timezone, in the same section, is the timezone new users start with. Invitations show the time in the organizer's timezone; calendar entries and the browser always show each user's own local time.
Every text in the interface and in the system emails can be replaced with your own wording, per language. A different word for "meeting", your own tone in the invitation email, or a sentence about your support hours: you do all of it in the language editor.

Changed texts are highlighted. The arrow icon next to a changed text restores the original. After your changes, reload the page to see them in the interface.
Your texts follow the same inheritance as every other setting: a text you change at reseller level applies to all of that reseller's instances, unless an instance has changed the same text itself.
Email texts contain placeholders in curly braces, for example:
{{{meeting.organizerName}}} has invited you to the meeting "{{{meeting.topic}}}"The platform replaces them with the actual values when it sends the email. Keep every placeholder exactly as it is, braces included. You may move a placeholder within the sentence or leave it out. A misspelled placeholder leaves a gap where the value should be.
The subject line of each email is a text of its own and can be changed the same way.
Yes. The legal links, the Leave URL and the Marketing URL can contain a language placeholder. The platform replaces it with the two-letter code of the user's language.
https://www.example.com/{languages:en|de|fr}/privacyA user working in German is sent to https://www.example.com/de/privacy. A user whose language is not in the list is sent to the first one, here en.
