The partner portal is the administration area for resellers and distributors. You reach it by logging in on your own reseller or distributor host name. It is where you create instances for your customers, configure and brand them, and see how they are used.
The side menu shows your own level under Configuration and the levels below it: White labels for a reseller, and Resellers and White labels for a distributor. Each list opens one entry at a time.
At the top of the page, the name of the entry you are working on opens a list of all entries at that level. Type into Filter to find one by name, and select it to switch. The partner portal opens that entry's meeting statistics.

Each entry has these tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Reporting | Meeting statistics, the list of accounts and participant feedback |
| Admins | The administrators of this entry |
| Configuration | System (the white-label settings), Branding, Languages, Web hooks, and further pages depending on the level |
| API keys | Keys for connecting your own systems |
| The level below | Your resellers or instances, and the form to add a new one |

Open your own level under Configuration, then the tab for the level below, enter the customer's name and add it. The setup guide walks through everything that follows.
Open the Admins tab of the entry and add the person with their name and email address. They receive an email with their login details.
You cannot remove yourself. Ask another administrator of the same level to do it.
The Reporting tab collects the figures for the entry you are working on and everything below it:

For a single instance, the Meeting list shows the individual meetings.
If you prefer to receive figures by email, set up System notifications in the white-label settings. You then receive daily, weekly or monthly account reports by email, or a message whenever a new trial account is created.
The meeting topics are left out of the reports by default. Under Legal and compliance, Exclude meeting topics from statistic reports controls this. Meeting content, such as documents, chat or recordings, is never part of a report.
A prospect can create their own trial instance, with their own logo and colors, without you setting it up for them. This works through a public sign-up page on your reseller host name.
https://<your reseller host name>/addon/whitelabel-wizard.The prospect chooses a subdomain, uploads a logo and an icon, picks colors and confirms their email address. The trial instance is then created right away and runs for 30 days. If another request from the same email address is still unconfirmed, the new request waits for your approval instead.
On the Whitelabel trials page you see every request and can:
Once converted, you can give the instance its own host name in its white-label settings, as described in Setting up an instance.
Yes. Inside an instance, you connect it to your own Stripe account under Platform settings > Stripe configuration. Your customers then pay by card, and the payments go to the Stripe account you connected.
With Login as switched on in the instance's white-label settings, an administrator of the instance can log in as one of its users to see exactly what they see. It is off by default. Switch it on only if your agreement with your customer allows it.
Your own systems can create accounts, users and meetings through the REST API, and react to events through web hooks. API keys are created on the API keys tab of an instance, and web hooks under Configuration > Web hooks. The developer documentation describes both.
Open the instance's white-label settings and expand Actions at the bottom of the page. An instance that is still active has to be deactivated before it can be deleted; the partner portal offers both in one step as Deactivate and delete. From the moment it is deactivated, its users can no longer log in.
