The Artificial intelligence section has two parts. Both are off by default, and both send data to the provider you choose, so check that your agreements with your customers allow it before you switch them on.
An AI assistant that participants can ask questions during a meeting. It is not available in off-the-record meetings or webinars.
| Setting | What it does |

| Model | The OpenAI model to use, for OpenAI ChatGPT |

| API hostname | The address of the provider's service. Point it at your own endpoint when nothing may go to a service you have not approved. |
| API key | Your key for the provider |
| Display an information text about the use of AI? | Tells participants that an AI service answers their questions, and which company provides it. On by default. |
| Setting | What it does |

A custom tool is your own web page, shown in the meeting room next to the video. Customers use it to bring a case file, a checklist or an order form into the meeting rather than sending people elsewhere. Custom tools are set up per instance, not at reseller or distributor level.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Switches custom tools on |
| Source | Where the tool comes from: iFrame, Embed code or API |
| iFrame URL, iFrame label | For iFrame: the address of your page, and the name the tool has in the room |
| Embed code | For Embed code: HTML that the platform serves and shows as the tool |
| API endpoint, API key | For API: your service. The platform asks it which tools to show each participant. |
The meeting room widgets page in the developer documentation describes how your page and the meeting room talk to each other.
| Add-on | What it is |
|---|---|
| Technical support | A separate application for support agents. An agent opens a support case and meets the customer in a short video call. Audio and video direction of the support agent decides whether the agent sends, receives or both; Join mode lets the customer join with video only. With Settings over-writable by accounts? each account sets this for itself. |
| RTMP streaming | Live streaming of meetings to a streaming service of your choice, such as a video platform or your own streaming server |
| Office 365 | An add-in for Outlook. Users schedule meetings from their calendar. The add-in carries your product name and icon, and the section shows the address of its manifest. |
| Zapier | Lets you connect the instance to Zapier automations |
| Slack | A Slack command, /meeting by default, for starting a meeting from a Slack channel. You need a Slack app of your own and enter its Verification token, OAuth key and OAuth secret. |
