What else can Veeting configure for me?

Some settings are not on your settings page, because they depend on how your instances are hosted, on the capacity you have agreed with us, or on rules that should hold everywhere. We set them for you. Tell us what you need, and for which instances.

Hosting and capacity

• The hosting regions your instances may use. Within those, you choose the region of each instance yourself under Region.
• Meeting sizes: how many participants a boardroom meeting has by default and at most, and how many presenters and participants a webinar has by default and at most
• HD video resolution in meetings
• The resolution of recordings

Sign-in rules

• The minimum password length
• How long a session lasts before users have to log in again
• Whether users may stay logged in on a device

Meeting room

• Your own meeting room layout: a meeting room template of your own design, used as the default layout of an instance

Marketing and integration

• Promo meetings: a public page where prospects can start a free meeting of a set length right away, with a landing page of your choice afterwards. A simple way to let prospects try the service.
• Promo codes: codes that prospects enter when they register or pay, for example for a free first period
• Account-level web hooks: account administrators can set up web hooks for their own account, in addition to the web hooks of the instance

How do I ask?

Write to us or call us, with the name of the instance and what you would like to change. If a requirement is not on this list and not among the settings, ask us anyway. Often the answer is a setting rather than a development project.
