This release adds one more feature to Veeting Rooms 6.11.47.
Veeting Rooms: Meeting Tags
Meetings can now carry short tags such as “sales”, “onboarding”, or “crm:8556”. You can use these tags to organize and filter meetings and pass them to other systems. Veeting stores and displays tags but never uses them to change how a meeting behaves. They do not affect who can join or what is billed.

Tags are set in the scheduling form under "More options", which suggests available tags as you type. On the meeting summary, the topic, agenda and tags can each be edited in place, including for past and closed meetings. The meeting owner and users allowed to manage the account's meetings can make these changes.

Tags appear in the upcoming and past meeting lists and on the meeting summary. The past meetings list can be filtered by tag. Follow-up meetings take over the original's tags, and all meetings in a recurring series share the same tags.
Tagging is off by default and can be enabled per white-label instance, together with a list of available tags and whether users may add their own. If the white-label instance allows it, an account administrator can replace that list with the account's own on the account settings page.

Veeting Partners: Tags in the API and Webhooks
The REST API can set tags when it creates or updates a meeting, change only the topic, agenda and tags without sending invitations, and return the tags an account may use. Meeting lists can be filtered by tag. Meeting webhooks, such as those for created and updated meetings, now include the tags, so a connected CRM receives them automatically.
