The Meeting room section of the white-label settings is the largest. It sets the defaults for every meeting in the instance: what kind of meeting a new one is, who may enter, what participants confirm before joining, what is recorded and how, and how the room behaves once people are in it. Organizers can change some of these per meeting; the rest apply to every meeting.
