Meet-Me (if available) is a simple call center. Visitors to your website join a queue through a button, and the agents of your account pick up the call in a meeting. Your platform administrator decides whether Meet-Me is available for your account. See Features.
You find “Meet-Me” under “Account settings” in the left hand side navigation. The page lists your “Meet-Me queues” and shows how many of your account's channels are in use (“Channels used”).
To add a queue, click on the “Add” button in the upper right hand side corner. The next screen is “Configure your queue”.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| “Meet-Me queue name” | The name of the queue |
| “Number of channels” | How many channels of your account this queue uses |
| “Enable recording?” | The calls of this queue are recorded |
| “Configure dial-out?” | When a visitor joins the queue, the platform calls the extension or SIP identity you enter in “Dial-out to (extension or SIP identity)”. |
| “Automatically remove the call from the queue when the agent leaves the meeting?” | The call is taken off the queue once the agent has left the meeting |
| “Play ringtone?” | The agents hear a ringtone when a visitor waits. Not with dial-out. |
| “Members with access to this queue” | The agents of this queue |
| “Send an e-mail to agents upon Meet-Me requests?” | The agents receive an email when someone waits |
| “Allow users to leave a message?” | Visitors can leave a message. Enter where it goes in “Recipient email address of messages”. |
You can only add email addresses of “Meeting organizers” of your account as agents.
Click on the “Update” button to save. After saving, the queue shows its “Meet-Me queue ID”. The Meet-Me button on your website refers to the queue by this ID.

Select the check box(es) in front of the queue(s) and click on the red “Delete selected queues” button.
