This release introduces improvements to video quality, meeting usability, and white-label configuration options, while also updating integrations and improving overall system efficiency.
Meeting Room
Improved Video Quality with Simulcast
We have introduced Simulcast support to improve video quality and bandwidth efficiency.
Simulcast allows the system to transmit multiple video streams at different resolutions simultaneously. Participants with strong network connections receive higher-quality video, while participants in lower-bandwidth environments automatically receive lower-resolution streams. This improves the overall stability of meetings and ensures that participants experience the best possible video quality given their network conditions.

Consultation Mode
We have added a new Consultation Mode designed for meetings where participants need more control over how they view other attendees.
In standard meetings, layout changes made by a participant (such as resizing a video tile) are reflected for all users in the meeting. When Consultation Mode is enabled, these layout changes become local to each participant. This allows participants to adjust the size and visibility of video feeds according to their own preferences without affecting how others see the meeting.
This feature is particularly useful for consultations, one-to-one meetings, and advisory sessions, where participants may want to focus on a specific speaker or presentation independently.

Improved Virtual Background Performance
The virtual background system has been updated to provide better efficiency and reduced resource consumption.
These improvements reduce CPU and GPU usage on the participant’s device, resulting in smoother performance and improved stability, especially on lower-powered computers.
Screen Sharing Improvements
To prevent the infinite mirror effect that occurs when a participant shares a screen containing the meeting window itself, we now display a visual overlay on the screen sharing preview for the person sharing their screen.
This overlay makes it immediately clear that the meeting interface is part of the shared screen and helps prevent confusing recursive visuals during presentations.

Admin Tools
Extended Configuration for Partners and White-Label Deployments
We have expanded the configuration options available to partners, resellers, and white-label deployments.
Administrators can now configure additional legal and onboarding settings, including:
Administrators can also configure whether meeting participants must agree to custom terms before joining a meeting.

Trial Registration Security Options
To improve security and reduce automated account creation, administrators can now enable optional CAPTCHA protection for trial registrations.
In addition, new blacklist management tools allow administrators to block specific user accounts or domains from registering or accessing the platform.

Zapier Integration Update
The Zapier integration has been updated to ensure compatibility with the latest Zapier platform version, maintaining reliable automation workflows between Veeting Rooms and external applications.
